Why my miner always shows as “Offline”?

If your issue is that the uGAPP displays "offline," explorer.helium.com displays "inactive," and the indicator light is green. Please follow these steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Check the power port and network connection.
  2. Consider changing the network.
  3. Reset the device.
  4. Go to the Bluetooth function in your phone's settings, delete, ignore, or unpair the connected ugw device, then put the ugw back into Bluetooth pairing mode and attempt to pair again.
  5. If the device still cannot connect and the indicator light is green, then the device may be malfunctioning and require repair
