Order Statuses and Their Meanings

  1. Processing

    • Your order has been successfully placed. Please wait for your tracking number to be updated.
  2. On Hold

    • Your order is currently being processed. Please wait for your tracking number to be updated.
  3. Failed

    • Your order has failed due to either:
      • Underpayment
      • Delayed payment
    • To resolve this, please submit a ticket through our Contact Page. A representative will reach out to you within 48 hours.
  4. Cancelled

    • If the system cannot confirm your payment within 1 hour after the order enters the "Pending Payment" status, the order will be canceled.
    • In case of a payment anomaly, if you complete the payment after 1 hour and our receiving wallet confirms it, the order status will not change automatically. Orders marked as "Cancelled" will not be processed further.
    • To resolve this, please submit a ticket through our Contact Page. A representative will reach out to you within 48 hours.
  5. Confirmed

    • This status indicates confirmation of your after-sale payment.
    • Please contact our after-sales team with your order number to proceed to the next step. Note that your after-sale tracking number will not be updated here.
  6. Shipped
    • Your order has been shipped and is on its way to you. A tracking number will be provided for you to monitor the shipment.
