Order Statuses and Their Meanings
Processing
- Your order has been successfully placed. Please wait for your tracking number to be updated.
On Hold
- Your order is currently being processed. Please wait for your tracking number to be updated.
Failed
- Your order has failed due to either:
- Underpayment
- Delayed payment
- To resolve this, please submit a ticket through our Contact Page. A representative will reach out to you within 48 hours.
- Your order has failed due to either:
Cancelled
- If the system cannot confirm your payment within 1 hour after the order enters the "Pending Payment" status, the order will be canceled.
- In case of a payment anomaly, if you complete the payment after 1 hour and our receiving wallet confirms it, the order status will not change automatically. Orders marked as "Cancelled" will not be processed further.
- To resolve this, please submit a ticket through our Contact Page. A representative will reach out to you within 48 hours.
Confirmed
- This status indicates confirmation of your after-sale payment.
- Please contact our after-sales team with your order number to proceed to the next step. Note that your after-sale tracking number will not be updated here.
- Shipped
- Your order has been shipped and is on its way to you. A tracking number will be provided for you to monitor the shipment.
