I already made the payment, why is my order status shown as Failed/Cancelled?

I already made the payment, why is my order status shown as Failed/Cancelled?

There are the meanings of these two order statuses:

Cancelled:

  • Once the order is created, if we haven’t received your payment within one hour, your order will be canceled automatically.
  • Please DO NOT make a second payment to a canceled order.

Failed:

  • Delayed payment or underpayment will lead to a failed payment status.
  • You will receive an email with a link to pay for the remaining amount from a ZhenChain Micro representative if necessary.

Additional Information:

  • If our system detects your order as suspicious, we will refund your payment to your card or PayPal account immediately, and we will not ship the order.
